Overview
The Municipal Court of Manchester is presided over by Judge John D. Gilson.
The Courtroom is located in the main police building at 120 Second Street. This Court disposes of cases for violations of traffic laws and violations of local city ordinances.
Court convenes twice a month and is scheduled for the second & fourth Wednesday of each month beginning at 5:00PM. The second Wednesday, arraignment day, Judge handles all guilty pleas, and the fourth Wednesday is set for Bench Trials, where all contested cases are disposed of.
