April 30, 2024, is the next cut off day. Bills must be paid by Monday, April 29, 2024, before 4:00 p.m.
All past due accounts will be subject to cut off on the last Tuesday of the month. In order to avoid interruption of services, all payments must be received and posted by 4:00 p.m. by close of business on the last Monday of each month regardless of the method of payment. The cut-off time is 4:00 p.m. for payments presented in person at city hall, the drop-box, or online. All accounts with a balance after 4:00 p.m. will be added to the cut-off list and charged a re-connection fee of $50.00. Re-connection fees will not be refunded.

Bills shall be paid at city hall. A failure to receive bills or notices shall not prevent bills from becoming delinquent or relieve the consumer from the obligation to pay the bill.
